Michael Hanly, M.A., L.D.T.C. Founder & Director, Education Specialists of New Jersey

Michael Hanly is a certified Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDTC) and Supervisor of Special Education with extensive experience in educational leadership, Child Study Team practice, and special education services. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with families, educators, administrators, and school districts to identify student strengths, address learning challenges, and support meaningful educational success.

As the Founder and Director of Education Specialists of New Jersey (ESNJ), Michael oversees an organization dedicated to providing comprehensive educational evaluations, Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), special education consultation, and professional development. Every service is guided by evidence-based practices, individualized recommendations, and a commitment to helping students reach their full academic potential. Michael's leadership is grounded in developing practical, evidence-based solutions that support each student's unique educational needs.
