Michael Hanly is a certified Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDTC) and Supervisor of Special Education with extensive experience in educational leadership and Child Study Team practice. He conducts comprehensive educational evaluations, provides professional development for teachers and administrators, and develops targeted, evidence-based recommendations tailored to each student’s needs.

 

As Director of ESNJ, Michael collaborates closely with families, schools, and agencies to design practical, individualized action plans that support meaningful academic progress. His work is grounded in identifying student strengths, addressing areas of need, and building clear pathways for long-term success.
